What you'll do

• Develop and execute the DMV water growth strategy
• track client priorities, funding, regulations, and capital plans
• identify growth areas and recommend investments
• represent Arup in regional forums
• lead priority client relationships and account plans
• connect client needs with Arup capabilities
• lead pursuit planning and proposal strategy
• oversee strategic consulting delivery
• support resource planning, recruiting, mentoring, and cross-office collaboration.
