What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls professionally and develop resident leads
• present apartments and community amenities to prospective residents
• build community relationships
• prepare leases and renewals
• process applications
• greet and assist residents and guests
• maintain clubhouse cleanliness and amenities. Must work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled
• living onsite with an apartment rent discount is required.
