What you'll do

• Prepare food according to recipes, product sensitivities, and presentation standards
• follow food safety rules
• place expo-ready food in the window using zoning standards
• keep current with recipe changes
• clean, stock, and rotate products
• communicate ticket times and potential problems
• complete prep work and clean the station
• assist with line checks
• requisition products
• operate and maintain equipment
• label and date products
• report problems and take corrective action where necessary.
