What you'll do

• Direct clinical risk management and patient safety programs
• identify, investigate, escalate, and mitigate clinical risks, safety events, near misses, and trends
• establish standards for root cause analysis, FMEA, clinical record audits, utilization reviews, and corrective action plans
• oversee quality-of-care complaints, patient investigations, claims-related risk indicators, and significant event management
• and develop strategies to strengthen safety and continuous learning.
