What you'll do

• Schedule and coordinate field technicians for repairs, maintenance, breakdowns, and installations
• pre-plan service work
• adjust schedules based on urgency, availability, geography, and parts
• monitor open work orders and documentation
• review work orders and technician time records
• communicate with customers about appointments and job status
• coordinate with Parts, Sales, Operations, suppliers, and field employees
• assist with quotes and service documentation
• serve as primary contact for after-hours emergency calls, including nights and weekends.
