The Customer Service Representative is an onsite, full-time role in Temple, TX, with a schedule of Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and rotating Saturdays, 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Pay is $15.50 per hour. LoanStar Title Loans provides short-term loans through its store network. The representative assists prospective borrowers and current customers with loan products, vehicle evaluations, applications, accounts, and payments. The role supports clear customer communication and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

What you'll do

• Assist customers in person and by phone
• explain loan products, terms, and payment options
• evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
• manage accounts and payments
• enter data and maintain records
• make courtesy reminder calls
• follow company policies and applicable laws.
