Assistant Safety Manager

What you'll do

• Assist with implementation and monitoring of the Safety and Health Management System
• conduct site inspections and safety audits
• facilitate Job Hazard Analyses, Pre-Task Plans, and tailgate safety meetings
• monitor personal protective equipment use
• participate in incident and near-miss investigations
• maintain safety records
• provide field support during high-risk work
• promote safe practices and present safety information to general contractors.
