Service Advisor — Home Repair Sales and Project Management

What you'll do

• Meet homeowners and conduct in-home estimates
• assess project scope, take measurements and photos, and prepare proposals using estimating software
• present proposals and book work orders
• oversee jobs and check in with craftsmen and customers
• monitor job costs
• visit job sites and resolve issues
• attend weekly office meetings
• represent the company at trade shows and community events.
