What you'll do

• Provide onsite desktop support for Microsoft Windows and macOS
• deliver first-level support for Microsoft products, third-party software, and cloud applications
• provide hands-on systems and network support for performance issues or outages
• support WAN and LAN connectivity, firewalls, security, VPNs, and Remote Desktop Services
• perform recurring onsite maintenance and end-user support
• track issues and time in a ticketing system
• update technical documentation
• troubleshoot and manage escalations
• communicate incident progress and planned changes to clients
• take live support calls for immediate triage
• relay client observations to relationship and technical account managers.
