What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
• keep the dish room, dish machine, and storage areas organized and clean
• operate and maintain dish machines to specifications
• check and refill sanitation buckets
• assist the prep cook during morning prep
• and clean and sanitize the dish machine at shift end.
