What you'll do

• Respond to and coordinate hotel and restaurant group business inquiries
• assist with proposals, correspondence, presentations, and sales materials
• maintain client, lead, group, and reservation information
• support follow-up, scheduling, appointments, and sales administration
• coordinate group restaurant reservations and outlet promotion
• coordinate with Food & Beverage on menus, packages, availability, and requests
• conduct site inspections
• support VIP arrangements and client experiences
• prepare reports and conduct competitive research
• maintain sales files and collateral
• liaise across hotel departments and communicate client requirements.
