What you'll do

• Oversee daily property operations
• supervise leasing activities and resident applications, screenings, move-ins, and move-outs
• manage Section 8 recertifications, tenant files, and waitlists
• monitor affordable-housing compliance
• manage budgets, expenses, and rent collections
• address resident concerns
• coordinate maintenance, vendors, and contractors
• and submit required reports and documentation.
