What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, and marinating
• participate in cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes and kitchen direction
• clean and organize kitchen areas and workstations
• wash dishes
• use and maintain kitchen equipment
• report malfunctions or safety issues
• assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
