This role exists to provide advanced technical leadership in progressive stamping die design. The engineer will solve complex manufacturing challenges, mentor staff, and contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the company, with potential for future equity ownership.

What you'll do

• Lead the design of progressive stamping dies from concept through final detail.
• Develop complete strip layouts, forming stations, and die components.
• Collaborate with toolmakers and production teams.
• Support quoting and early-stage design concepts.
• Mentor designers and influence future design standards.
