What you'll do

• Participate in developing and updating Personalized Service Plans
• follow residents’ hydration schedules
• complete meal attendance records and account for residents not dining in the dining room
• uphold resident rights
• initiate, assign, and assist with activities as appropriate
• check assigned residents for cleanliness, clothing, continence needs, and changes in condition
• use sanitary procedures and universal precautions
• maintain room and common-area cleanliness and address hazards
• complete activities of daily living according to each plan
• respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells.
