The Controller leads day-to-day accounting and financial operations, strengthening reporting, controls, systems, and processes while providing the CFO with accurate financial information and operational insight.

What you'll do

• Own monthly and year-end close
• prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, and schedules
• maintain the general ledger and GAAP practices
• explain changes in key accounts
• connect operational activity to financial results
• maintain inventory and cost accounting processes
• improve accounting systems and controls
• lead accounting system implementations and integrations
• develop the finance and accounting team
• partner with the CFO on forecasting, cash flow, budgeting, and performance.
