Assisted Living Coordinator – Senior Living

What you'll do

• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule caregivers and medication technicians
• monitor resident care and report changes to the Wellness Director
• maintain resident records and daily logs
• conduct suite checks and area walk-throughs
• support infection-control practices
• prepare and administer medications according to procedure
• coordinate assessments and service-plan meetings
• communicate with residents and families
• report suspected abuse and complete incident reports.
