What you'll do

• Provide a safe, respectful atmosphere for families, volunteers, and partners
• offer emotional support and practical guidance
• coordinate meals, cleaning, laundry, and inventory
• support volunteers and team members
• document guest interactions, incidents, and operational updates
• monitor shelter activities and respond to emergencies
• welcome and train volunteer groups
• learn HMIS data entry.

Why this role
