Direct Support Professional

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour. All Scope Health’s DSPs support individuals with disabilities in pursuing meaningful, independent lives. The role provides practical assistance and respectful supervision that supports daily living, personal goals, health, and safety. By helping with household routines, appointments, community participation, and progress documentation, the DSP contributes to independence and inclusion.

What you'll do

• Maintain a safe, clean, organized home
• support meal planning and preparation
• assist with schedules, medical appointments, and community activities
• provide transportation and help with errands
• encourage independence and support decision-making
• complete accurate progress notes at the end of each shift.

Why this role
