What you'll do

• Understand application requirements and user stories
• follow development best practices and standards
• participate in daily stand-ups and planning meetings
• maintain code quality
• perform unit testing and documentation
• support users during user acceptance testing and provide training as required
• configure and maintain MID servers and credentials
• work with command-line tools
• configure discovery schedules and troubleshoot with device owners
• implement cloud and tag-based discovery
• gather requirements for service maps
• customize IRE rules, script includes, business rules, scheduled jobs, patterns, probes, and sensors
• maintain event management integrations and applications
• configure event rules, field mappings, alert management rules and flows
• configure reports and dashboards
• coordinate with infrastructure and application teams.
