The trainer develops and delivers fitness programs tailored to members’ goals, tracks progress, and provides ongoing coaching and support. The role also helps members use fitness tools, practices safe exercise techniques, and contributes to club service and upkeep.

What you'll do

• Conduct member kickoffs covering goal setting, nutrition, equipment use, and exercise form
• create and deliver customized fitness programs
• track progress and follow up with clients
• demonstrate safe exercise techniques
• schedule sessions and maintain records
• support member activities and help keep the facility clean and organized.
