What you'll do

• Build a pipeline of qualified caregivers
• conduct final virtual and in-person interviews
• assess candidates’ experience, professionalism, reliability, and fit
• extend same-day offers to qualified candidates
• explain job expectations, scheduling, and next steps
• facilitate onboarding and orientation
• contribute to weekly orientation in Grand Rapids or Kalamazoo
• track new hires during their first 90 days.
