What you'll do
- Respond to resident maintenance requests and work orders
- diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, door, drywall, and painting issues
- prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- perform preventive maintenance and inspect building systems
- document completed work
- inspect the property for maintenance, safety, and appearance issues.
