What you'll do

• Assist residents with transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and grooming
• take and record vital signs
• pass medications and provide treatments according to physician orders and community policies
• perform simple dressing changes
• maintain the medication room and cart
• complete documentation and shift reports
• assist with housekeeping, laundry, and resident safety.
