Service Technician — Vending Machines

Job overview

The Service Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in Bloomington, Illinois, with a Monday–Friday day schedule; hours may vary. Pay is $24–$30 per hour. The technician supports Canteen’s vending, office coffee, and workplace food-service operations. The technician repairs, maintains, and assists with installation of vending machines and equipment. Responding to service calls and maintaining equipment helps keep customer locations supplied and operational.

What you'll do

• Respond to dispatch calls using a company vehicle
• inspect machines and diagnose malfunctions
• dismantle machines to access problem areas
• replace worn or defective parts, repair broken parts, and test operation
• review and order parts
• maintain equipment inventory
• prepare machines for installation and assist with installations and removals
• respond to customer service concerns.
