What you'll do

  • Develop partnership strategy for specified sectors
  • research prospective partners and create cultivation plans
  • build relationships, pitch, negotiate, and renew agreements
  • manage a portfolio of existing partnerships and prospects
  • source fellowship and recruiting opportunities
  • recruit mentors and coaches and collaborate on student workshops
  • prepare partner engagement memos
  • coordinate across internal departments
  • manage partnership tracking, prospect research, and national events.
