What you'll do

• Perform routine facility maintenance and building upkeep
• assist with minor repairs, including fixture replacement, drywall patching, painting, ceiling tile replacement, and basic carpentry
• operate tools and ladders safely
• inspect facility conditions and report concerns
• respond to service requests
• assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and workstation setups
• coordinate vendor visits
• maintain supply inventory
• support facility projects and light janitorial requests
• complete daily tickets
• follow cleaning and safety standards.
