It coordinates sites, CROs, vendors, and internal stakeholders while supporting trial strategy and operational quality.

What you'll do

• Manage clinical trial execution from protocol concept through clinical study report
• maintain study files and inspection readiness
• coordinate meetings, equipment, supplies, and cross-functional activities
• oversee training compliance and trial master file reviews
• support site audits and inspections
• assist with budgets and daily operations
• track site and subject metrics and quality
• contribute to study setup, regulatory submissions, and close-out
• coordinate document collection with CROs and regulatory affairs
• support process improvement.
