What you'll do

• Stock and set up kitchen stations
• clean, cut, and cook ingredients for appetizers, snacks, main dishes, and desserts
• plate food under the Kitchen Manager’s guidance
• coordinate with servers to complete orders
• clean and store utensils and equipment
• maintain food safety and hygiene standards
• record refrigerator and line temperatures
• clean kitchen equipment
• assist with prep cooking and put away food orders as needed.
