What you'll do

• Manage complex employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• serve as lead counsel or day-to-day case manager
• represent employers in single-plaintiff disputes and wage-and-hour class actions
• develop litigation strategy
• take and defend depositions
• prepare witnesses
• draft and argue motions
• appear in court and handle hearings
• supervise associates, paralegals, and other legal staff
• advise and counsel clients on employment matters as needed
• manage deadlines and client priorities
• contribute to business development and client relationship growth.
