Front Desk Representative

The Front Desk Representative role is onsite in Saline, MI, with pay of $13.73 per hour. The listed schedule is 6:00 AM–2:00 PM on Saturday through Monday and Thursday. What you'll do

• Communicate with members and team members in person, by phone, and in writing
• follow verbal and written service procedures
• use technology to serve members
• complete CPR and AED certification and perform CPR or use the AED when needed
• understand and demonstrate exercise equipment
• clean and maintain restrooms, locker areas, showers, spa amenities, entryway, club floor, and equipment
• follow safety and sanitization guidelines
• resolve member concerns.
