The Cook role is onsite in Sacramento, CA. Compensation is $18 per hour. The cook supports dining for residents at Legacy Oaks of Sacramento Assisted Living and Memory Care, including residents with special dietary needs.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals for residents, including those with special dietary needs
• follow menus or approved substitutes to meet nutritional needs and preferences
• present meals attractively
• assist with planning and coordinating special events
• address resident concerns and preferences
• follow food-handling, sanitation, standard-precaution, and infection-control procedures
• and complete required state training upon hire and annually.
