Account Manager

What you'll do

• Manage claims through claims-management software
• coordinate with customers, employees, and insurance companies
• serve as a point of contact for field staff and customers
• review project claims for quality and pricing criteria
• communicate with account managers
• identify efficiency improvements
• meet Monday–Friday availability and on-call duties, including after-hours and weekends.
