The Part-Time Leasing Consultant role is onsite at an assigned community in Stillwater, OK. Compensation is commission-eligible, with no numeric pay range specified. PeakMade Real Estate’s leasing team works to drive community occupancy and revenue while providing a positive experience to prospective and current residents. The consultant converts leads into leases through tours, timely follow-up, and accurate leasing administration. Maintaining property and competitor knowledge and supporting resident satisfaction helps the community meet occupancy goals and encourage renewals and referrals.

What you'll do

• Convert leads through phone, online, and in-person interactions
• conduct property tours
• follow up with prospects
• maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
• work toward leasing and occupancy goals
• support traffic and qualified leads
• provide customer service to prospects and residents
• complete lease paperwork and collect deposits
• maintain CRM and prospect data
• support office presentation, model readiness, move-in and move-out events, and administrative tasks
• assist with market surveys as needed.
