What you'll do

• Prepare conceptual through detailed estimates for aviation projects
• review drawings, specifications, scopes, addenda, and contract documents
• perform quantity takeoffs and develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing
• solicit and evaluate proposals
• develop budgets, bid packages, GMP estimates, cost models, and proposal pricing
• identify scope gaps, risks, constructability concerns, and value-engineering opportunities
• collaborate through preconstruction and bidding
• support bid reviews, negotiations, buyout, and post-bid activities
• maintain estimating files and cost data.
