What you'll do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans
• partner with ministry and operational leaders on budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
• prepare monthly reporting packages, dashboards, and KPIs
• analyze variances and recommend corrective actions
• develop financial models
• conduct headcount, compensation, payroll, and program spending analyses
• lead financial review meetings
• prepare executive and board presentations
• maintain planning data
• perform scenario analyses and business cases
• improve reporting automation and processes
• supervise and develop assigned finance staff
• collaborate with accounting on accurate reporting.
