What you'll do

• Make interviewer calls as assigned, potentially up to 50% of the time
• coach and mentor interviewers on equipment, system access, calling, and call completion
• answer project-protocol questions
• communicate issues to management
• conduct and document monitoring and feedback sessions
• monitor sample needs and help track attendance and adjust schedules
• assist with interviewer training and refresher training.
