What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance of community buildings, grounds, security, and mechanical assets
• oversee housekeeping, laundry, and transportation services
• develop vendor relationships and negotiate maintenance contracts when appropriate
• inspect apartments before occupancy
• develop a preventive maintenance program and work-order system
• review monthly financial statements, submit expenses and budget data, and staff and schedule team members
• ensure transportation vehicles are maintained and passengers are transported safely.
