The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — All Shifts role is onsite in Des Plaines, Illinois. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. Elevate Care is seeking CNAs to provide care to residents. The CNA assists residents with daily living, monitors and reports changes in condition, supports comfort and safety, and follows care plans with nurses and other healthcare professionals. The role contributes to residents’ quality of life through direct care and companionship.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and feeding
• observe residents’ conditions and report concerns to nurses
• help maintain a clean and safe environment
• provide companionship and emotional support
• follow care plans in coordination with nurses and healthcare professionals.
