What you'll do

• Manage civil defense litigation matters from inception through resolution
• handle trucking, transportation, fleet, rental-car, premises liability, and general liability matters
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• conduct and defend depositions
• develop case strategies and evaluate liability, damages, and exposure
• represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with partners and attorneys.
