What you'll do

• Decompose operational design domain requirements into system behaviors and interfaces
• translate policy into implementable requirements and measurable acceptance criteria
• define evaluation metrics and launch criteria
• plan and execute simulation, closed-course, and on-road testing
• lead and mentor the engineering team
• collaborate across autonomy, infrastructure, and systems teams
• use data analysis to identify performance issues.
