What you'll do

• Prepare beverage items to order
• follow service steps and explain menu items
• calibrate and dose espresso grinders
• follow sanitation procedures and maintain a clean bar
• assist with coffee and syrup production
• support cashiering, polishing, food running, and cleaning
• complete opening and closing duties
• receive deliveries according to restaurant procedures
• handle cash and tip-out procedures
• communicate equipment or employee issues to the Bar Lead and supervisors
• assist with training new bar staff.
