Helpdesk Technician (Managed Services Provider)

The Helpdesk Technician (Managed Services Provider) role is onsite in El Paso, TX, with most support work handled remotely and occasional onsite equipment assistance. Compensation is $15–$17 per hour. The technician is a first point of contact for clients whose businesses depend on reliable technology.

What you'll do

• Respond to client service requests and troubleshoot workstation, printer, Microsoft 365, endpoint, and basic network issues
• identify and escalate issues as appropriate
• manage endpoint antivirus and Microsoft 365 accounts
• follow ticket workflows and document work
• obtain required approvals
• communicate with clients by phone and email
• manage multiple tickets
• occasionally assist onsite with PCs, laptops, access points, and firewalls. Required certifications within 90 days include A+, Microsoft MD-100, MD-101, Network+, and Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102).
