Personal Trainer — In-Home Fitness

Job overview

The Personal Trainer role is onsite in clients’ homes, apartment gyms, or outdoor locations in Portola Valley, CA, with travel to client sessions. Compensation is $25–$45 per hour. Svetness Personal Training provides personalized fitness experiences for clients in their homes. The trainer develops individualized programs from initial assessments, coaches clients through exercises, and reassesses progress to help them work toward their fitness goals.

What you'll do

• Customize workout programs based on initial assessments
• provide one-on-one and couples fitness instruction
• demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form, with modifications as needed
• conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks
• document sessions and programming in the Svetness Fitness App
• maintain appointments through scheduling software
• commute to client sessions up to 45 minutes.
