What you'll do

• Complete the clinical team’s training program
• implement skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans written by a supervising BCBA
• collect accurate treatment and behavior data
• consult the BCBA for support, training, and supervision
• adjust interventions as instructed
• maintain knowledge of client plans
• complete annual RBT competency assessment and renewal requirements
• track supervision hours and follow BACB ethical standards.
