Maintenance Technician

Job overview

Maintenance Technician is an onsite role in the Village of Williamsburg, VA, with stated pay of $18–$20 per hour. The technician performs varied maintenance and repair work on equipment, buildings, and furnishings. Completing work orders, preventive maintenance, and guest-requested repairs helps keep resort facilities and equipment operating smoothly and safely.

What you'll do

• Monitor dispatch radio calls and assist or respond as needed
• complete work orders and projects, including guest calls and routine maintenance
• repair or replace defective appliances
• perform preventive maintenance
• investigate complaints and resolve building problems
• maintain work records and logs
• keep work areas organized
• maintain and clean assigned golf carts
• follow property policies and safety procedures
• perform other duties as requested to support the Maintenance Department.

Why this role
