The role exists to lead and participate in daily construction work, coordinating a crew and completing site activities safely and according to project specifications.

What you'll do

• Lead and supervise a crew of three or more
• plan and coordinate daily work
• interpret plans and blueprints
• identify MISS Utility markings and underground utilities
• operate excavators, skid steers, and trenchers
• perform excavation, trenching, grading, site preparation, and concrete work
• maintain safe, organized work areas
• communicate with crew, supervisors, customers, and contractors
• travel to job sites as needed.
