Activity Aide

What you'll do

• Facilitate planned activities based on residents’ functional levels, needs, and interests
• assist residents to and from activities and outings
• maintain rapport with families
• record attendance and participation
• provide input on resident participation when requested
• communicate concerns and responses to supervisors
• support volunteers
• clean activity equipment and materials
• participate in survey and accreditation processes.
