Lifecycle Marketing Director

The Lifecycle Marketing Director role is onsite five days a week in Virginia Beach, VA, or Irving, TX. The annual base salary range is $145,000–$200,000. The role supports a client’s lifecycle marketing and email automation strategy, connecting campaigns and customer data to business objectives.

What you'll do

• Own the email marketing platform and lifecycle strategy
• assess the Cordial platform, customer data, and workflows
• rebuild and optimize the email program while maintaining existing campaigns
• develop customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
• execute segmented, personalized automated campaigns
• conduct A/B and multivariate testing
• analyze campaign, retention, lifetime-value, and revenue results
• partner with IT on data requirements and integrations
• collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, and executive leadership
• and establish processes, reporting, and performance measurement.
