What you'll do

• Manage accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting systems
• analyze financial trends and prepare reports and presentations
• oversee accounting software evaluation and development
• monitor budget managers and accounting staff
• ensure accurate financial records
• develop financial policies
• advise on accounting standards and regulations
• oversee audits, risk assessments, and internal audits
• coordinate external audits and required state and federal reporting
• develop financial dashboards and KPIs
• lead the annual budgeting process and support financial projections and recommendations.
